We are playing at The Brooksider in beautiful Brookside, Missouri on July 30th. The Brooksider is one of the greatest places in Kansas City for rahawkin and rawholin' (out of the gutter please). If you have never been to The Brooksider, go. If you have been but have never seen Perpetual Change there...well...you haven't lived (might be a stretch). Come down for a high five and show your palm or in Italian it would be Depalma to any Italian whoah wantsa tue a hiva fiva yue. Wow that was not only not funny but an inside joke that wasn't really that funny...because it wasn't that inside either. But we love the owner of The Brooksider and anytime I can work him into a bit I am in.
On August 5th, Perpetual Change will be at Power & Light on the main stage to rock the night away with anyone bold enough to come down, divy up the $2 for parking, and cinch up your baggie pants so your crack doesn't show when you bend over. But cracks might be cool on the planet Butcrackia but they really aren't that cool at P&L. They are really crackin (worked it into back to back sentences) down on clothing infractions so make sure to keep your hats at home, your shorts at a reasonable length, and don't wear anything that could be construed as cool. Think Revenge of the Nerds.
Mark your calendars, check to make sure you have all your body parts, and tuck in your love handles so you're ready to enjoy the greatest night of the year (okay might be a stretch again).
